Laurel Point Resort, Gatlinburg

This resort offers a wonderful escape from the busy tourist areas while still being conveniently close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. The accommodations are spacious and well-equipped, making it comfortable for families. The staff are genuinely caring and attentive to guests' needs. However, the laundry situation could be more convenient, as it is not in-unit, and housekeeping services feel limited during the week.

During my stay at the resort, I enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained accommodations, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my visit. However, I did encounter some noise disruptions from the ongoing construction nearby, and unfortunately, the hot tub had an issue that wasn’t fully resolved during my stay, which dampened the experience a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some drawbacks.
